Christmas 2009 cloud not be sweeter, thank you for your help owning this amazing home and managing to reduce the price so much and get all what we asked for at the same time.

Since my situation was complicated, it was hard for me to find a new place. I checked at craigslist everyday and some real estate websites also but most of the information there was old. Some brokers lied to me that the apartment which I was interested in was still available and lured me to visit their office. Then, they wasted my time showing me apartments which I was not interested in. However, Spencer''s company''s website is always updated regularly, if i asked him about the listings information, I always got a quick reply. Then, I wanted to apply to one of them but it took time to get an answer for an international student like myself. I told him that I could not wait for so long since I only had one week left. Right after that, while waiting for the reply, he found a back-up option for me which had almost the same conditions and was even better, in addition he also got an answer that I could apply if I like it even before seeing the place. Then, I finally got a wonderful place since he did the work for my applications and stuff right after I saw it. He even appeared at the meeting with the owner to support me since he was worried about my English skills. Therefore, I think Spencer is the best broker in NYC, I will recommend him to all my friends if they need an apartment! Rie H. Spencer Sakai has changed my opinion of nyc apartment brokers. After dealing with 2 brokers who did everything from advertise one place and show you another to raising the rent before a lease signing I was about to give up my search and renew my current place. Then I met Spencer. He responded to my initial inquiry within minutes and that level of service did not stop until I had landed exactly the apartment I was looking for and at a price even lower than what I was willing to pay for it.
Spencer constantly kept me updated on different apartments as they came available and it wasn't long before I found the apartment that I've always wanted.
